draculaura has always felt like the mascot of monter high, even when shes not the main character. her pink gothic style and encapsulation of ideal teenage girlhood makes her the perfect ghoul to represent monster high!
clawdeen wolf's the fiercest fashionista of the whole ensemble! ive always loved her freaky fabulous fits and lack of interest in dating (i just wish they could've given her doll textured hair :/)
frankie stein!! i LOVE this ghoul! they always approach the world with an open mind, and i love how this often ends up being the right way to go, even if it looks naive. i think frankie's a great way to show kids its okay to form your own path!
robecca steam is a ghoul i admittedly dont know much about as a character, but i adore the doll of! robot characters are always the coolest, and robecca's no exception, especially with her radical rocket boots!
venus mcflytrap is simply plantastic! her eco-punk style is the coolest, and her generation 3 doll is my favorite of the entire franchise!
monster high is a huge comfort for me! i love that there are dolls made to appeal to more alternative litle kids, and the webisodes and movies always deliver messages of love and acceptance for more freaky people, showing it's cool to be a monster! of course this franchise was made by a corporation and wasnt made with pure intentions of giving comfort to outcasts, but i still think its something great
